Easy Returns & Cancellations
We want you to shop with confidence, so if you need to return or cancel an order, here’s everything you need to know.
Cancelling an Order
If you change your mind after placing an order, you have the right to cancel for a full refund. Since we dispatch orders the same day, we recommend cancelling as soon as possible to avoid the need for a return.
Returning an Unwanted Item
Not quite what you expected? No problem! You have 30 days to return your item for a full refund or exchange—no questions asked.
To maintain hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns if the product has been used or if any original packaging is missing, opened, or damaged.
Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, let us know as soon as possible. We offer a 12-month refund or replacement policy, and we’ll work quickly to put things right. Please return all parts of the product so we can process your request.
Refund Timeframes
We process refunds as quickly as possible. While regulations allow up to 30 days for a refund, we aim to complete this within 14 days of receiving your returned item.
How to Return an Item
Simply pack your item securely in the original packaging or any protective alternative. Be sure to include your name, address, and order number—without these details, we may be unable to process your return.
